This past weekend, May 29th and 30th, the tech community gathered in Subotica for the sixth annual Machine Learning Conference (MLC2026). The event brought together leading minds in data science and artificial intelligence from top companies across the industry. For the Glog.AI team, it was an incredible opportunity to share our vision for the future of digital defense and engage in highly productive discussions with fellow innovators.
From Reactive to Predictive: Moving Beyond Scanners
A major highlight of the conference for us was the opportunity to take the stage and share our latest technological advancements. Together with Vladimir Jelić, CTO of Glog.AI, we presented our session and live demo: “From Reactive to Predictive: Architecting the Future of AI-Driven Cybersecurity.”
We broke down a critical paradigm shift happening in the tech landscape right now, the transition into Security 5.0. For too long, the industry has relied on traditional scanners that simply generate alerts. In our session, we demonstrated why the future relies on building autonomous AI systems that don’t just find vulnerabilities, but actually predict and remediate them in real-time directly within the source code. The incredibly positive feedback we received following the demo reinforces that the market is more than ready to stop paying for mere “scanners” and start investing in “fixers.”
AI in Practice: Capabilities, Constraints, and Consequences
Beyond our technical presentation, it was a privilege to participate in the panel discussion, “AI in Practice – Capabilities, Constraints, and Consequences.” Moderated by Goran S. Milovanović (DataKolektiv), the conversation featured fantastic insights alongside my fellow panelists Tamara Zavišić (Zavisic Co.) and Bryan Guillaume (Nordeus). We explored the real-world boundaries of current AI models, the ethical and practical constraints we face today, and what the future holds as these systems become more deeply integrated into our daily operations.
A Huge Thank You
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the organizers and hosts for an exceptionally well-organized event. Bringing together speakers from Databricks, Microsoft, Nordeus, EPAM Systems, and many others is no small feat, and the result was an inspiring two days of knowledge sharing. Big thanks as well to the conference partners, including Inspira grupa, HelloWorld.rs, IT Subotica 2030, EPAM Systems, and IT Cluster Subotica.
Finally, a massive thank you to everyone who attended our presentation, watched the demo, and stopped by to chat. The energy and engagement from the community were truly inspiring.
Let’s Connect
If we didn’t get a chance to meet at the conference, or if the discussions sparked an interest in how autonomous remediation can secure your development pipeline, we would love to hear from you.
